What’s keeping you sane while sheltering at home?

A few things that Forrest Glover Design is up to right now

Current collaborations:

  • Lincoln Park Draperies
We are really excited about this little project. See a snapshot of the space that Lincoln Park designed.

  • North Bay Kitchen and Bath Drapery Project (Installed 05May2020)

  • Tiffany Waugh Just beginning a whole home Roman shade and upholstery project in San Francisco.

  • Josh Greene Design - NYC Drapery project in St. Helena, CA The draperies are completed, but we are having some delays getting the specified hardware out of Canada.

  • Geremia Design - Various upholstery projects being estimated at the moment. These ladies seem to be getting very busy in the last week.

  • Shelter Home Website (WordPress currently in design)
The website probably shouldn’t be live while we are designing it. A work in progress and the project vision has grown a bit since we started the design.

Reading:
Seth’s Blog - Not everyday but enough

Tools of Titans by Time Ferriss - Slowly making my way through this book. Work really picked up on May 1st. Our busy season seemed to be delayed by one month exactly from 2019.

Watching / Listening:
The Great Hack on Netflix
This documentary scared the crap out of me. Facebook data, elections, and influence.

Eating and Drinking:
Shrimp Creole - I’m only going to add one new recipe because I’ve been craving Cajun food and this is the best shrimp creole I’ve ever had. Plus, I’m really looking for recipes that don’t involve “1 can of anything” at the moment. Fresh is cheaper and always taste better in the long run. And we all have a extra time on our hands these days.
