White-glove storage at break-even pricing for furniture sourcing clients
We provide storage at cost as part of our comprehensive furniture sourcing service.
Unlike commodity storage facilities that profit from warehousing, we make our margin on helping you find and purchase the right furniture. Storage is provided at break-even rates to make your entire project seamless and stress-free.

Equivalent white-glove storage in the US costs $200-400 USD per item/month ($3,600-7,200 MXN). Our break-even rates are a fraction of that.

Storage billing: Monthly in advance

Payment due: Upon receipt of invoice
Release policy: All fees must be current before items are released from storage. Client is responsible for any additional fees from shippers or vendors if payment is delayed.
Q: Why do you charge for storage if it's "at cost"?
A: We have real expenses—rent ($16,900/month), utilities, security, insurance, and labor. Break-even pricing means we cover these costs without adding profit margin. We make our money helping you source furniture, not storing it.
Q: If it's break-even, why are rates increasing from your previous pricing?
A: Our previous rates ($75-300 per item) were set when we had a smaller, cheaper space. We recently upgraded to a full house at $16,900/month to better serve clients. Our old rates would have required storing 121 items to break even—physically impossible. Our new rates reflect the actual cost of operating a professional facility, with no markup.
Q: How is this different from Bodegas Vallarta or other self-storage?
A: They provide empty space—you coordinate vendors, move items, track inventory, and handle Spanish communication yourself. We provide professional furniture handling—receiving, documentation, tracking, bilingual coordination, and integrated delivery. It's the difference between a parking lot and valet service.
Q: Can I negotiate storage rates?
A: Since we're already charging at cost with no profit margin, there's no room to negotiate. However, contact us for custom pricing on long-term storage (6+ months) or very large projects (50+ items).
Q: Can I access my items anytime?
A: Yes, with 24-hour notice for standard retrieval. Same-day rush access available for $300 fee. We'll coordinate a convenient viewing time if you want to see your items.
Q: What if I only need storage for 2-3 weeks?
A: 1-month minimum billing applies. Daily pro-rated rates available for storage under 30 days (monthly rate ÷ 30).
Q: What if I need storage longer than expected?
A: No problem—month-to-month billing with no long-term commitment. Since we operate at break-even, we're not incentivized to keep you storing longer. We'd rather help you complete your project and get your furniture delivered.
Q: Do furniture tour clients get special discounts?
A: These rates already reflect our break-even model (no profit margin). Tour clients and project clients all receive the same transparent at-cost pricing.
Q: Do you offer insurance?
A: We coordinate insurance but don't provide it directly. We can connect you with providers who cover high-value furniture in storage. Typical cost: $100 MXN per item/month for items valued up to $50,000 MXN.
Q: What happens if I don't pay on time?
A: Items will not be released until all fees are current. You're responsible for any additional storage fees that accrue during hold periods. Payment is due monthly in advance.
Q: Can I use your storage if I'm not buying furniture through you?
A: Our break-even storage model only works for furniture sourcing clients. If you need storage-only services, we'll refer you to excellent commodity storage facilities like Bodegas Vallarta. Our small capacity (40-50 items) is optimized for clients building furniture collections with our sourcing services.
Q: What if you run out of space?
A: We monitor capacity carefully and prioritize active furniture sourcing clients. If we're approaching capacity limits, we'll communicate early. This is why we only offer storage to clients using our sourcing services.
Q: How do I reserve storage space?
A: Contact us when you're ready to start your furniture sourcing project. We'll coordinate receiving dates with your vendor deliveries and ensure space is available before items are ready.
