What we do

Communication

  • Planning and confirmations via email.

  • WhatsApp is for day‑of coordination only.

  • We provide proactive updates according to the plan you select. To keep projects smooth, please avoid high‑frequency messaging across channels.

  • Update cadence

    • We provide proactive updates at meaningful milestones: order placed, production start, mid‑production check, ready for dispatch, and delivery scheduled. Outside those milestones, there is no action to report.

  • Payment and service boundary

    • Payment delays or attempts to condition payment on additional services not included in your plan may result in pause or termination of services at FGD’s discretion.

Furniture Tours

  • Price

    • $550 per 5‑hour day.

    • Optional 9‑hour day or 2‑day tour.

  • Booking

    • 50% deposit to reserve your date. Balance due 48 hours prior.

    • After booking: hotel recommendations and a short questionnaire to tailor your route.

  • Boundaries

    • Tours do not include ongoing vendor communications or logistics.

    • If you purchase directly with vendors, FGD is not responsible for communications, orders, production, tracking, claims, or delivery.

  • Post‑tour support options

    • Paid Zoom consults: 30 / 60 / 90 minutes.

    • Post‑tour support packages at flat fees by scope.

  • Logistics fee for tour purchases

    • All items purchased through a tour include a 16% logistics coordination fee, plus any handling for shipping and storage. This fee is required and non‑negotiable. Clients benefit from significant trade pricing; the 16% reflects standard practice and fair value.

    • Paying this fee ensures we keep you fully updated on developments for your items. We will provide timely updates without continuous back‑and‑forth.

Home Furniture (Semi‑Custom Catalog)

  • What it is

    • Curated purchasing from our private catalog with light customization on finishes and dimensions.

    • Catalog is private and shared after onboarding.

  • Packages

    • Package A: up to 5–7 pieces from our catalog.

    • Package B: up to 12 pieces at a higher price point.

    • Exclusivity: Included pieces are purchased through FGD only.

  • Customization

    • Finishes, fabrics, proportion adjustments within maker tolerances.

    • Drawings and approvals provided as needed per piece.

  • Pricing and payments

    • Package fee due to begin (covers sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement).

    • Each maker order: 60% deposit to start, 40% prior to delivery.

    • Storage and logistics: per‑item intake fee, 30‑day minimum storage, then monthly fee; shipping billed before dispatch.

  • Storage photos

    • We can photograph pieces before packaging. While stored, items remain professionally packaged; only box/exterior photos are available.

Custom Packages (Bespoke 5–7 Pieces)

  • Engagement minimum: $2,500 covers design development and coordination.

  • Drawings and approvals as needed per piece.

  • If bespoke isn’t the right fit, we can route to a Zoom consult or our Home Furniture catalog.

Self‑Purchasing Boundary

  • If you purchase directly with vendors, FGD is not responsible for communications, orders, production, tracking, claims, or logistics.

  • We can provide these services as a paid add‑on upon request.

Right to Decline Service

  • FGD reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including in cases of nonpayment, policy violations, or misalignment with scope or communication boundaries.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Tours: deposits are non‑refundable, transferable once if rescheduled 7+ days prior (subject to availability).

  • Fabrication begins after deposit. Changes may affect lead time and price.
