Guadalajara is where Mexico’s best makers and materials meet our studio’s obsession with comfort, durability, and detail. We design and fabricate custom furniture for private residences, boutique hospitality, and trade partners—bridging U.S. design sensibilities with Mexican craftsmanship.
Built-to-fit pieces in solid parota, rosa morada, and select hardwoods: credenzas, media units, bookcases, nightstands, wardrobes, built-ins, and specialty storage (hidden bars, linen closets, entry benches).
Dining and conference tables, pedestal bases, islands, console tables, and coffee tables—available with stone tops (travertine, marble, volcanic stone), wood, or high-performance finishes.
Lounge chairs, sofas/sectionals, banquettes, beds, headboards, and bar/counter stools. Frames are kiln-dried hardwood; cushion builds are tuned to your comfort profile (supportive, sink-in, or performance).
Lounge systems, dining sets, chaises, and daybeds designed for coastal climates—salt air, sun, and humidity—using performance fabrics, quick-dry foams, and marine-grade details.

Discovery & Scope
We define needs, style targets, function, budget range, and timeline. You’ll share inspiration, measurements, and site conditions.
Design & Technical Drawings
We create scaled drawings and/or 3D studies with materials, finishes, and comfort specs. Includes one consolidated revision round.
Sampling & Approvals
Wood, stone, metal, and fabric samples are confirmed; stain or finish panels as needed. For larger programs, we fabricate a prototype.
Fabrication
Pieces are built in Guadalajara with milestone check-ins (photos/video). We maintain a punch-list and inspect against drawings before finishing.
Finishing & QC
Hand finishing, upholstery, and assembly. Each item is QC’d for structure, finish, and function—then pre-wrapped for shipping.
Logistics & Installation
White-glove delivery in Mexico. Cross-border shipments coordinated to the U.S. with crating, customs paperwork, and receiving. On-site install available for full projects.
Typical lead time: 6–12 weeks from approvals, depending on scope, materials, and seasonality.
Hardwoods: parota, rosa morada, teak (select), and others by request.
Stone: travertine, marble, volcanic stone, cantera.
Finishes: hand-rubbed oils, durable poly/two-part systems, and specialty patinas.
Upholstery: high-performance textiles, indoor/outdoor options, leather selections; cushion builds tuned to usage and climate.
Outdoor Specs: marine hardware, breathable underlayment, quick-dry foam, UV-stable finishes.
Kiln-dried frames and joinery appropriate to scale and climate.
Edge protections, levelers, and wall anchoring where needed.
Tolerances held to drawings; finish panels archived for reorders.
Hospitality: cleanable seams, serviceable parts, and replacement pathways.

Every piece is quoted to drawings and specs. As a reference window:

Payment terms: 50% deposit to start fabrication; balance prior to delivery or export. Shipping, crating, and installation quoted separately.

Can you match a finish from an existing piece?
Yes—share a reference or we’ll create a finish sample. Natural materials vary; we target the closest calibrated match.
Do you fabricate from my designer’s drawings?
Absolutely. We can build to your CAD set, or refine it for fabrication.
Will outdoor pieces survive coastal humidity and salt air?
Yes—when specified correctly. We recommend performance textiles, quick-dry foams, and UV-stable finishes; hardware and joinery are selected for your climate.
Do you ship to the U.S.?
Every week. We handle crating, export, and insured freight; white-glove delivery or receiver handoff available.
What if something arrives damaged?
We photograph, crate, and insure shipments. If a freight issue occurs, we manage documentation and resolution. Local deliveries include on-site QC.
