Body consciousness and positive self-image from the fashion industry has morphed and slipped into our interiors in the form of curved furniture. We are seeing a feminine touch to furniture design that is much welcomed and couldn’t have come at a better time. Boxy shapes and clunky spaces are being replaced by sensual lines and unconventional floor plans. The nature of curved furniture forces us to think outside of the box when creating a furniture plan. They just can’t sit nicely against the wall.
